Contextual Knowledge: PAT history and neurobiology, MDMA for PTSD, psilocybin for depression, medication interactions, evidence base, regulatory standards, cultural safety, and outcome documentation.

AP Roles & Responsibilities: Patient assessment, selection and consent, medication tapering and treatment selection, safety monitoring, dual-diagnosis prescribing, dosing plans, therapy dyad collaboration, and funding and patient access.

Safety & Ethics: Screening, indications and contraindications, consent and confidentiality (including therapeutic touch and video recording), pre-treatment workup, medication management, side effect and emergency management, and complex presentations.
